Radial Balance-  A successful depiction of radial balance will stress symmetry that develops from the center of the section.  In other words, this principle is very similar to items like wheel hubcaps, flowers, and kaleidoscopes.  It is circular in nature and is actually another type of formal balance.  Therefore, letters that are duplicated should be the same color.  You will also need to flip and rotate letters as mentioned in formal balance above.
